Conscia, a European IT infrastructure provider specialising in networking, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions, has acquired ITGL, a digital transformation firm and Cisco Gold Partner. The acquisition enhances ITGL clients' cybersecurity and managed service capabilities for their intricate network and cloud infrastructures.

For Conscia, this move marks its debut in the UK and Ireland, expanding its presence beyond its Danish headquarters. Conscia, also a Cisco Gold Partner, serves over 1,000 customers across six countries, including major Nordic banks and Dutch hospitals.

With offices in Portsmouth and Oxford, ITGL's team of 70 experts brings extensive experience in collaboration, networking, and cybersecurity across the UK and Ireland. This complements Conscia's focus on complex network, data centre, cloud, IoT, and mobility solutions.

Neil Pemberton, CEO of ITGL, highlights the shared commitment to technical excellence and long-term client relationships, anticipating added value through Conscia's international network and market position.

Operating as 'ITGL – part of Conscia', this marks Conscia's 17th acquisition in seven markets over a decade. Erik Bertman, CEO of Conscia, sees the UK's vibrant tech ecosystem as a strategic opportunity for contributing to IT infrastructure growth and digital transformation.

Oliver Tuszik, President EMEA at Cisco, sees the partnership as a catalyst for delivering unparalleled value to Cisco customers, anticipating synergies and innovations from the collaboration.
