Working closely with Qualcomm, TD SYNNEX is spearheading efforts to generate awareness and facilitate the launch of systems leveraging these groundbreaking processors. The upcoming devices, equipped with Snapdragon X Elite CPUs, will not only support everyday Windows applications but will also harness embedded AI capabilities. James Reed, managing director of Endpoint Solutions, UK and Ireland, TD SYNNEX, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “Qualcomm is set to make real waves in the market, and as a result of its collaboration with TD SYNNEX, our partners can expect to be amongst the first to access new laptops featuring exceptional performance and built-in generative AI.”

Anticipating heightened market interest upon the Snapdragon X Elite launch, Reed affirmed TD SYNNEX's readiness to support partners. “We have been diligently preparing our team to address partner inquiries and ensure adequate inventory levels in advance. With the arrival of AI-capable laptops and PCs, we anticipate a surge in customer interest, presenting significant business opportunities for our partners.”

Moreover, TD SYNNEX offers reseller partners Trade-in services, facilitating assured disposal and recycling to align with sustainability objectives. Reed highlighted, “Partners can leverage our Trade-in services to quote for deals on any laptop or mobile device, contributing to the circular economy while providing customers with attractive upgrade options.”

From complete estate upgrades to individual device purchases, TD SYNNEX provides flexible finance options, including Tech-as-a-Service (TaaS) deals, enabling customers to spread equipment costs over an extended period. The company also unveiled Microsoft Flex, a program tailored for customers acquiring new Surface products.

TD SYNNEX will disseminate comprehensive information on the new Snapdragon X Elite products to partners and conduct briefing sessions in the coming weeks, ensuring partners are well-equipped to leverage the latest advancements in AI technology.
