Leading IT support services company boosts employee wellbeing with new company cars

A leading Hampshire IT support services company has added four high-tech BMWs to its fleet of company vehicles in its ongoing effort to boost employee wellbeing.

StorTec UK, which is based in Basingstoke and part of the wider global Jiliti StorTrec group, invested in the four new BMW 1 series to support the work of some of its field engineers.

With dedicated field engineers available round-the-clock to support the company's clients, the decision to upgrade the fleet was driven by a desire to ensure their comfort during often lengthy commutes across the country.

This is just one of the latest investments StorTrec UK has made to boost employee wellbeing. At the end of last year, the company also invested in a new HR system, new laptops, and standing desks.

Managing Director of StorTrec UK Mark Narraway said he believed that investing in the engineers’ comfort and wellbeing not only enhanced their morale but also reflected StorTrec UK’s commitment to delivering exceptional service.

"Our team of on-field engineers play a crucial role in providing timely and efficient support to our clients,” said Mark.

"With each of our previous vehicles achieving an impressive mileage of 200,000 miles, it was imperative for us to select cars that not only maintain but exceed performance expectations.

"The introduction of these new BMWs emphasises our commitment to providing our team with the best possible tools to carry out their responsibilities effectively."
