ANS appoints Director of Account Management

Digital transformation company ANS has appointed Josie Rickerd as its Director of Enterprise Account Management.

In her new role, Rickerd will be responsible for heading the account management team, driving growth and fostering relationships with ANS’ enterprise customers.

Rickerd brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record to the role, having spent the last

12 years with ANS, where she led commercial teams and oversaw some of the company’s most prominent accounts.

The news follows the appointment of Microsoft MVP Kyle Hill as the company’s new Technical Services Delivery Director, demonstrating ANS’ commitment to providing unparalleled value to customers.

On her appointment, Rickerd commented: “I’m passionate about delivering exceptional value for our customers and am thrilled to take on this new challenge. I’m looking forward to collaborating closely with our clients, acting as an extension of their team, and helping them use technology to achieve their goals and succeed as a business.”
