ANS launches its Ofsted-rated Academy to its channel partners

ANS has announced the launch of its Academy as a Service as an addition to its Partner Programme. As ANS continues its journey to support the channel and wider community with its ANS Indirect business unit, the digital transformation company is providing its channel partners with the opportunity to take advantage of its OFSTED ‘Outstanding’ apprenticeship programme.

Its ever-growing Partner Programme continues to enable channel partners to expand their product offerings in cloud, security, and digital services. ANS is now pleased to share that this is now available to its entire Partner base.

The ANS Academy facilitates a fully collaborative journey where every stakeholder thrives. With tailored guidance, ANS ensures a seamless apprenticeship training process that yields tangible results for its partners’ apprentices and impacts the talent pipeline.

Thomas Robinson, Head of Apprenticeships at ANS said: “Through the wider work of ANS, we are the experts in tech and through the Academy, we provide apprentices with an experience they won’t get with any other training provider. We design and build the right programmes alongside our partners to ensure wrap-around support for both the apprentice and employer, including the newest technologies in cyber and infrastructure.”

With the challenges facing businesses, such as an ever-growing tech skills gap, developing tech talent apprenticeships is a proven way to build a strong pipeline of talent. The Department of Education (DfE) reports 65% of apprentices stay with the same employer after completing their apprenticeship with 61% staying with the same employer for over 5 years, according to the Institute of Student Employers.

Ryan Martin, Head of Indirect at ANS said: “We wanted to take our OFSTED Outstanding training to our channel community, utilising our experience and success in building early career pipelines for their business and building a diverse and skilled workforce.”

ANS believes that every business, charity, and government body, should be able to realise their ambitions. ANS is committed to bringing the world’s best technology to their customers and partners; making it simple, affordable, and quick to deploy, while retaining all the required governance and security.
