As an existing ServiceNow Elite Partner and newly registered Build Partner, Sopra Steria will provide customers with differentiated applications and integrations that leverage the power of the Now Platform®. By expanding its ServiceNow practice, Sopra Steria aims to deliver unprecedented value to public and private sector organisations and enhance the services they provide to citizens nationwide.

By accelerating the delivery of the ServiceNow platform across the UK, new and existing customers will be able to tap into the benefits of hyper automation and AI. This includes the delivery of faster, more efficient end-to-end services, allowing organisations to increase productivity and scalability, whilst also reducing costs by consolidating workflows into one platform. This will enable customers to become more connected, innovative, and agile, by integrating AI into every corner of the business.

The new program enrolment will allow Sopra Steria and ServiceNow to combine industry-leading insight, client relationships and expert capabilities, to deliver the best possible customer outcomes using hyper automation and AI.

Adrian Fieldhouse, UK Executive Lead (ServiceNow) at Sopra Steria said:

“We’re delighted to be further investing in our partnership with ServiceNow so that together we can deliver services that are truly transformative for both citizens and the UK market. Our expanded partnership is grounded in insight, collaboration and expertise, and will help us deliver seamless digital transformation journeys to customers across the UK. This will support leaders in tackling some of the most complex challenges facing their organisations and drive positive change across wider society.”

Kam Patel, Area VP, Public Sector at ServiceNow said:

“AI is already fundamentally transforming the way businesses operate, and the demand for this technology continues to grow. Organisations are faced with the challenge of delivering seamless and efficient experiences for consumers, citizens, and employees alike.

“This collaboration with Sopra Steria will allow us to build on this adoption and support new and existing customers in tapping into the benefits AI can offer. We’re excited to bring the power of automation across the UK and beyond.”
