N-able has shared the latest vendors to join its Technology Alliance Program (TAP), fostering more innovation within its open MSP ecoverse that helps deliver efficiency and more choice for better business outcomes.

N-able TAP brings industry-leading technology companies together to further develop and integrate their solutions with the expansive solutions portfolio from N-able. This lets MSPs leverage a trusted community of providers focused on helping them succeed with a variety of third-party integrations and services, allowing them to serve their customers with more flexibility and choice.

The latest vendor alliances within the N-able Ecoverse deliver unified management, advanced cybersecurity and data protection capabilities, and AI-powered automation and streamlined workflows—unlocking new opportunities for MSPs to optimize and grow their business.

The new relationships include:

Cove integrations:

Bocada – provides easy, independent, and accurate oversight of backup operations, helping enterprises, SMBs, and MSPs worldwide deliver cyber resilience while driving risk and operating costs out of their data protection environment. Bocada’s connectors for Cove enable Cove users to automate centralized API-based Cove backup monitoring and reporting across their single or multi-tenant environment.

N-central integrations:

AlertOps – delivers advanced alert management solutions to streamline IT operations, helping teams deliver timely, accurate notifications to the right people, improving response times and operational efficiency.

DeskDay – provides a unified next-gen conversational PSA with built-in customer ticketing apps for Microsoft Teams, Mobile, and Desktop—enhancing the productivity and profitability of modern MSPs through AI-powered automation and streamlined workflows.

N-central and N-sight integrations:

PIXM – stops phishing attempts at the point of a click in the browser with computer vision AI and catches spear phishing campaigns when they are clicked through email, Slack, Teams, SMS, or QR codes.

Hudu – gives MSPs a centralized documentation platform to organize and manage standard operating procedures, devices, passwords, IT infrastructure, and more. Users can map, manage, and relate everything you need in one place.

David Weeks, VP of Partner Experience at N-able, said, “By understanding the challenges MSPs face, we built TAP and our wider Ecoverse vision to help simplify an MSPs day—we want to enable them to work faster and smarter, exceed their customers’ expectations, and grow a successful business. Here at N-able, we take our responsibility as a partner seriously. Our mission is to give our MSP partners both the tools and technical know-how to meet their goals. We believe TAP helps by providing more flexibility and choice in their technology decisions.”
