Taking place at the Business Design Centre in London, the event, designed specifically for MSPs, will deliver a value-packed experience, offering actionable insights and cutting-edge strategies to help MSPs fully realise their potential and drive substantial growth.

Co-located with Technology Live, UptimeLIVE invites attendees to the top floor of this prestigious building in Islington, where over 10 expert speakers and 15+ actionable sessions will cover critical topics, including scaling MSP operations, Compliance as a Service (CaaS), and innovative business models.

As a company supporting over 200 MSPs, Uptime recognises that one of the leading challenges for MSPs is managing their businesses effectively. UptimeLIVE aims to provide real solutions to these hurdles, making it a must-attend event for those looking to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

Jason Kemsley, Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder at Uptime, commented: “After attending over 200 industry events, we recognised the need for an experience that truly delivers value without unnecessary noise and sales pitches. That’s why we created UptimeLIVE – a dynamic, not-for-profit event focused solely on delivering impactful insights that drive MSP growth and success.”

What attendees can expect from UptimeLIVE 2024

UptimeLIVE will deliver practical recommendations to help MSPs break through existing growth barriers, moving beyond technical expertise to explore the foundational skills and business acumen needed to excel in today’s market.

Uptime Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder Bradley Munday will kick off the event, offering a candid introduction to the challenges MSPs face, as well as discussing his own experience regarding the value that can be realised by stepping out of comfort zones and embracing new ways of thinking.

This theme will be further explored by Jim Captainino, Managing Director of Innova UK. Specifically, Jim will share how Innova transformed from £0 to £2 million in revenue in just 18 months by focusing on sales and outsourcing tech, while offering guidance for those looking to enhance their own strategies.

These are just two of 10 expert speakers that will be delivering 15+ actionable sessions. Attendees will also be able to hear from:

Jason Green EOS Implementer, of EOS Worldwide, who will present on building business frameworks, offering fresh perspectives on structuring MSP operations for growth.

John Whitty, Chairman of Air IT, who will provide a comprehensive overview of the current M&A landscape. Attendees will be able to book 1-to-1 personalised consultations with John in a dedicated on-site M&A clinic following his presentation.

Levi Roots, entrepreneur and Dragons’ Den success story, who will round out the day’s sessions with an inspiring keynote, sharing his own journey and successes as a business owner.

Bradley Munday, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Uptime added: “We’re excited to bring fresh faces and new ideas to the table at UptimeLIVE. This event is all about equipping MSPs with the practical knowledge and tools they need to run and scale a successful business.”

In addition to the day’s sessions, leading vendor sponsors including ThreatLocker, ConnectWise, Sophos, Kaseya, Brigantia, and SuperOps.ai will share their top tips in concise, two-minute elevator-pitch style presentations.

The event will also conclude with an evening reception from 17:00 to 21:00, offering attendees a valuable opportunity to continue discussions and network with peers and industry leaders.
