Westcon-Comstor and UiPath collaborate to drive channel-led growth

The collaboration will enable UK-based channel partners to meet end-user demand for AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.

Westcon-Comstor has entered a new collaboration with UiPath, a leading enterprise automation and AI software company, to drive adoption of UiPath solutions by channel partners and their customers.

The agreement, covering the UK, will see Westcon-Comstor distribute the UiPath fully automated enterprise platform and other products to its network of channel partners across the country.

Westcon-Comstor will deploy its Partner Insights tool and Intelligent Demand programme, enabling partners to adopt a data-driven approach to selling UiPath solutions. This, and other value-added services spanning partner enablement, education and training, will allow UiPath to leverage the distributor’s network of partners to scale its channel-led business in the UK.

Founded in Romania in 2005 and now headquartered in the US with customers in more than 100 countries globally, UiPath harnesses the power of automation and AI to help organisations become more efficient and successful.

Earlier this year UiPath announced the availability of UiPath Automation Cloud on Microsoft Azure in the UK, driven by high customer demand for local data residency and a growing need for AI and automation from UiPath. It enables private and public-sector customers to strategically position their infrastructure, applications, and data to better comply with local data residency laws.

“UiPath is a leader in innovation and technology, driving continuous improvement through products and services that accelerate productivity and efficiency gains in a rapidly evolving digital world,” said Antony Byford, Vice President of IoT & Collaboration at Westcon-Comstor. “The company slots perfectly into our existing ecosystem of technologies, with synergy across both existing UiPath channels and our network of UK channel partners and their customers. We are pleased that our proactive, data-driven approach and unparalleled channel reach were factors in UiPath’s decision to appoint us.”

“Our partnership with Westcon-Comstor catalyses a new era in enterprise automation,” said John Kelleher, Area Vice President UKI and Nordics at UiPath. “The UiPath platform doesn't just offer tools; it provides a blueprint for the future of work. We're empowering organisations to reimagine their operations, driving innovation at scale. This collaboration equips our partners to guide clients through true digital transformation, turning the fully automated enterprise from concept to reality. Together, we're ushering in a new age of business agility and human-machine synergy, redefining what's achievable in the digital landscape.”
