Pax8 launches EMEA Centre of Excellence

Pax8 has opened its new EMEA Centre of Excellence, which aims to foster innovation, and transform the businesses of partners and their customers with the latest advancements in AI technology.

A new and carefully curated team has been created to drive the initiative, with Pax8 visionary Phylip Morgan taking on the position of Senior Vice President (SVP) Marketplace and Channel Expansion, alongside Kevin MacDonald as Vice President (VP) of Strategic Partnership and Eric Mink as VP of AI Adoption.

The EMEA Centre of Excellence is a pivotal step in Pax8 dedicating more resources to further enable its partners to thrive in a transforming technological landscape. Pax8 will lead the charge in the evolving AI Agent revolution as businesses begin to re-evaluate how they operate and interact with technology. With this robust knowledge hub of thought leadership, training and collaboration in an ever-changing digital environment, Pax8 aims to empower its partners to embrace these technologies and navigate new strategies in the digital market.

Phylip Morgan, who moves from his previous position as Chief Revenue Officer, Pax8 EMEA, says: “The new EMEA Centre of Excellence represents our commitment to transforming business workflows through AI technology while equipping our partners with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. Pax8 will help partners in developing their own intelligent agent solutions tailored to their needs and their customers’, alongside tools to harness AI for automation and customer interaction, creating future ready services that ensure agility in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
