Creatio, a global vendor of an AI-native platform to automate CRM and workflows with no-code, has appointed Gareth Whiting as Senior Vice President of Sales in Europe. As European businesses search for those digital tools and AI-powered solutions that will truly make a difference to their operations and the bottom line, Gareth's two decades of experience leading successful software sales teams will help Creatio better deliver its industry-leading AI-powered no-code platform to more of these forward-thinking customers.

Creatio has experienced significant recent growth, including a $200m funding round and achieving unicorn status last year, demonstrating its disruptive force as a modern, AI-native no-code-powered alternative to legacy CRM systems. Whiting brings a wealth of experience ideally suited to capitalise on this momentum. His skills in driving transformative growth honed at rapidly expanding companies such as Qlik and Cockroach Labs will be instrumental in helping Creatio continue to scale in Europe and serve new customers and industries. His background also includes significant tenures at industry giants like SAP, providing him with experience in established market leadership. This will drive consolidation of Creatio's rapid growth and its position at the forefront of AI and no-code innovation in the region.

Whiting’s primary focus will be to implement targeted go-to-market strategies for each vertical sector, ensuring the successful deployment of Creatio’s AI-driven, no-code platform to enhance efficiency across various European industries. With a strong background in financial services, based on years of helping BFSI organisations modernise and scale, a priority for Whiting will be driving growth for Creatio’s platform among banks and credit unions. Additionally, he aims to scale operations in key regions such as the Nordics, Benelux, the UK, DACH, and Central Europe.

“I'm very excited to be joining Creatio at such a pivotal time," said Gareth Whiting, SVP of Sales in Europe. “The appetite for AI-powered solutions that deliver real business improvements is stronger than ever, and I was particularly drawn to the ease of deployment, composable nature and rapid results of Creatio’s no-code platform, and how these elements of flexibility and customisation in a modern CRM will help enable customers to truly differentiate themselves in a crowded market. With Creatio's impressive recent growth and current leadership in this space, I can’t wait to see how we’ll continue to grow alongside our European customers.”

“Gareth’s joining the team at an exciting time as we’re doubling down on our European growth,” said Andy Zambito, Global Chief Sales Officer at Creatio. “His track record of building high-performing teams and driving results at both large enterprises and scale-ups makes him a perfect fit for our next phase. With the demand for AI-native, no-code CRM solutions skyrocketing, Gareth will help us open new doors, close bigger deals, and deliver even more value to customers across the region.”
