Dell Technologies appoints Lisa Ergun as CSG Channel Lead for the UK

Dell Technologies has appointed Lisa Ergun as the Client Solutions Group (CSG) Channel Lead for the UK, effective immediately.

Lisa will spearhead Dell’s UK CSG channel strategy, enabling partners to seize opportunities in key growth areas like AI-powered PCs, sustainable IT solutions and advanced security compliance. Lisa will work closely with Dell’s UK Channel lead, Ian Heath and UK SVP and MD Steve Young.

Lisa’s appointment comes at a pivotal time, as the industry gears up for a significant PC refresh cycle. Millions of PCs are predicted to be incompatible with Windows 11, and in October Microsoft will end Windows 10 support. Simultaneously, businesses are lining up their upgrade cycles with next-generation AI PCs, signalling the desire to balance the need to refresh with future-proof purchases. Dell's newly unveiled AI PC portfolio positions partners to capture the full potential of this trend.

Building on its commitment to channel success, Dell recently launched its largest investment in its partner Client PC business through the 2025 Partner Program. Key initiatives include a 1.5% Client growth incentive for Titanium partners, expanded Client+ base rate eligibility, and recognition of consumer products toward base rate thresholds. These measures are designed to equip partners with the tools they need to drive growth and meet evolving customer demands.

Speaking of the new role, Lisa Ergun stated:

“I’m thrilled to be joining Dell during a time of such immense opportunity for the channel. Partner-delivered IT now accounts for 70% of the total addressable IT market, and that number is set to grow. Dell's complete IT solution approach, from innovative devices to managed services like Dell LifeCycle Hub provides channel partners with a unique competitive advantage.”

Ian Heath, UK lead of Channel and Distribution at Dell Technologies, shared:

“Lisa’s 25 years of experience in the IT sector give her unparalleled insight into the dynamics of the channel partner landscape. Her expertise will be instrumental in delivering predictable engagement and driving profitable, sustainable growth for our partners. Lisa’s leadership will reinforce our channel partnerships and accelerate growth across the ecosystem.”

Prior to joining Dell, Lisa was Channel Sales Manager for Platinum 360 Partners at Lenovo UK and Ireland for 13 years. Her accolades include the Global Sales Excellence Award, CRN WiC Sales Employee of the Year 2019, and CRN WiC Manager of the Year 2023. Additionally, Lisa was a founding member of Lenovo’s Women in Leadership UK ERG Group, championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
