Xalient, a global boutique specialising in identity-driven security and networking, has announced the appointment of Andrew Critchley as Head of UK Identity Practice and Global Identity Managed Services. With a robust background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Andrew is poised to make significant contributions to Xalient's offerings.

Andrew's decade-long experience at Capgemini, a prominent name in IAM advisory and services, has honed his skills in developing scalable identity solutions for global enterprises. At Capgemini, he led the charge on Identity as a Service (IDaaS), working closely with leading vendors and partners, including Xalient allies such as CyberArk, SailPoint, and Ping Identity.

In his new position, Andrew will spearhead the development of Xalient's Identity Managed Services globally, in addition to driving the UK Identity Practice. His focus will lie in evolving service delivery and introducing innovative approaches to support customers' seamless and secure access to crucial systems, ensuring compliance within increasingly intricate digital landscapes.

Andrew's expertise fortifies Xalient's dedicated investment in specialist expertise, reinforcing its ambition to advance its stature within the Identity Security sector.
