London-based technology group, Qodea Ltd., has made headlines with its recent acquisition of the Swedish consultancy, TIQQE AB. This move is set to expand Qodea's client reach in Europe, particularly into the growing Nordic region. In addition, the deal unlocks a distributed engineering capability in the Philippines, renowned for delivering intricate solutions swiftly to clients such as PostNord and ByggMax.

With this acquisition, Qodea aims to integrate TIQQE's much-lauded agentic AI tools and innovative processes which have been pivotal in agility and efficiency. The synergy between these tools and Qodea's infrastructure promises to offer substantial value to clients, enhancing both delivery speed and quality.

Alan Paton, CEO of Qodea, expressed enthusiasm about integrating TIQQE's expertise with Qodea's service portfolio, describing it as a "step change in our ability to deliver at pace for customers." He further emphasised how these advanced capabilities could revolutionise operations across the board, benefitting clients and the combined teams.

The excitement about this collaboration isn't one-sided. Joakim Restadh, CEO of TIQQE, noted the invigorating nature of Qodea's growth strategy and was eager to harness their combined strengths. By uniting under one banner, both entities aspire to fuse Qodea’s cybersecurity, managed services, and experience design capabilities with TIQQE’s formidable solutions—a merger poised to redefine service delivery for both legacy and new customers.
