inforcer, a leader in Microsoft-focused multi-tenant management for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), has been chosen as a key partner in Microsoft's initiative aimed at enabling #IntuneforMSPs. This global programme seeks to streamline operations, reduce overheads, and enhance the delivery of Microsoft 365 and Copilot services for clients.

As one of only two software companies selected in the initial rollout, inforcer is leveraging this partnership to deliver a comprehensive suite of tools and support that allow MSPs to unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365. This includes improved multi-tenant management, enhanced security features, and readiness for AI-powered solutions — marking a pivotal moment in the evolution of managed services.

What MSPs gain

  • Integrated management across the Microsoft technology stack
  • Direct engagement with Microsoft product teams
  • Tailored support and enablement resources
  • Opportunities to influence Microsoft's roadmap for MSPs

Microsoft 365 continues to dominate business productivity and remains the choice for millions globally, yet managing diverse clients across numerous tenants poses challenges. inforcer tackles these head-on with a platform specifically designed to simplify and standardise Microsoft 365 management.

Through inforcer, MSPs can effortlessly manage their clients' Microsoft environments, ensuring security baselines and compliance are maintained. The platform also prepares client systems for the integration of Microsoft Copilot and other AI services, centralising control and reducing operational burdens.

Now a part of the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA), inforcer is situated within a network of security vendors aligned with Microsoft technologies. The association supports inforcer’s mission to equip MSPs with crucial tools for scaling their Microsoft services and promoting secure, productive remote work environments.

inforcer's reach extends to over 800 MSPs, assisting them in laying essential security foundations for AI developments. As the pace of technological advancements quickens, the company is set to release a Copilot readiness assessment tool in October, empowering MSPs to evaluate and elevate their client environments for optimal AI integration.

This evolving partnership marks the next leap in managed services, where innovative solutions pave the way for enhanced service delivery and greater client satisfaction.
