Evolve Business Group, a managed network solutions provider based in Wigan, UK, has recently announced the strategic appointment of Will Clowes as Chief Revenue Officer. This move signifies another step forward in the company's ambitious growth trajectory.

With an impressive career spanning 15 years in business development and growth strategies, Will brings significant experience from his roles as Chief Growth Officer/President at amplify5, Sales Director at Creditsafe, and Head of Key Customer Growth at Liberis. His leadership in these roles has been instrumental in driving success across various sectors.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, Evolve has transformed from a startup into a service provider for renowned brands in 12 countries across three continents, operating from its UK headquarters with over 130 employees.

The company, backed by BGF in its first investment round in 2024, expanded its infrastructure in 2025, opening a new 6,000 sq ft warehouse and enhancing employee engagement. This included receiving a 1 Star Accreditation from Best Companies.

I am delighted to have the opportunity to help take it to the next level with the support of the existing team, as well as our incoming new recruits in key areas.

“My approach centres on empowering the team to make confident decisions even faster, building a positive mindset, and fostering intelligence and data-driven conversations which lead directly to our customers’ success within their target sectors. Evolve’s core values of curiosity, dedication and pace resonate strongly with my leadership style.”
