Jason Ulacio joins Inforcer as SVP of Business Development

Inforcer appoints Jason Ulacio to bolster global MSP growth and strategic partnerships.

Inforcer, renowned for its expertise in Microsoft-centric multi-tenant management for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), has announced an exciting new addition to its leadership team. Jason Ulacio has been appointed as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Business Development.

Jason joins Inforcer with the dual objectives of solidifying the company’s market presence and enhancing its relationships with customers. His role will be instrumental in driving forward growth through strategic alliances and expanding Inforcer’s influence within the global MSP ecosystem.

Before joining the ranks at Inforcer, Jason spent nearly a decade at Microsoft. In his capacity as a Senior Business Development Manager for Microsoft Security, he played a vital role in advancing the adoption of Intune and SMB security. His tenure at Microsoft was marked by his ability to establish high-impact partnerships that delivered innovative and measurable results.

Jason’s proficiency in crafting alliances aligns perfectly with Inforcer's mission. His extensive experience, particularly in the SMB space, positions him well to ensure that MSPs can optimise their operations through Inforcer’s solutions.

Inforcer's CEO and Co-founder, Jamie Daum, shares the enthusiasm surrounding Jason’s arrival saying, "I’m delighted to welcome Jason to our team. He brings a wealth of experience in the SMB space and understands what MSPs need to succeed – both of which are crucial to our goals, especially as we start to look ahead to 2026. Moreover, Jason’s experience at Microsoft is especially valuable, as we’ve recently become a Microsoft partner in enabling #IntuneForMSPs, helping MSPs unlock the full value of Microsoft 365 and AI-powered services. His background means he is best equipped to understand our capabilities in supporting MSPs in integrating Microsoft tools. We all look forward to working with Jason and are eager to see how he will apply his experience here at inforcer."
