MSPs overspending on public cloud

Terry Storrar, MD at Leaseweb UK, discusses the findings of the company’s recent MSP research, which reveals that UK MSPs are experiencing a number of challenges when it comes to working with public cloud providers – whether hyperscalers or not. Challenges include spiralling costs, disappointing customer service and the worry of vendor lock-in. The message seems to be that cloud providers can improve their overall MSP offerings and MSPs need to be careful when choosing the cloud providers with whom they want to work in today’s hybrid and multi-cloud world.
