This collection, which includes the Nirvana Spa, West Court Retreat, Nirvana Health, and Pulse 8 Gym, embarked on a journey to modernise its outdated telephony systems. Faced with a pressing deadline to transition from their legacy telephony platform, The Nirvana Spa Collection sought a resilient, fully supported cloud solution. This was essential to maintain seamless operations across its spa and hotel services. Protecting Customer Experience During Critical Change The two companies worked collaboratively to swiftly extract and analyse legacy call flows, extensions, and user data to ensure operational continuity. An intelligent call routing structure, designed for skill-based distribution, was introduced to enhance the guest experience across spa and hotel teams. This partnership offered IT Naturally’s hospitality clients access to Evolve IP’s renowned technical capabilities. The Nirvana Spa Collection, handling approximately 600 customer calls daily, relies heavily on this infrastructure to support bookings, spa services, and overall guest satisfaction. Any service disruption could have posed significant risks to both revenue and reputation. Zero Downtime, Immediate Impact The transformation was executed without any telephony downtime, safeguarding both revenue and customer service continuity. By shifting from six outdated on-premises servers and a non-supported PBX environment to a cloud-based platform, Nirvana Spa Collection improved reliability, compliance, and scalability. The rejuvenated system delivers cost efficiencies through smarter licensing and eliminates the burden of maintaining aging infrastructure. Moreover, it offers the flexibility to support future growth across its business. This project was more than just a system update; it was about crafting a communications environment that aligns with real operational workflows. This ensures that spa, hotel, and guest services can collaborate effectively without compromising on customer experience.
