The early bird registration period for the 29th annual International Supercomputing Conference will close Thursday, May 15, thus bringing the opportunity for attendees to save 25 percent off the on-site registration rates to an end. The organizers encourage participants not to wait until the last minute to register.

Brocade has announced a proposal for a new OpenStack service to support inter-data centre multitenancy. For companies with multiple data centres, it provides a more flexible and automated solution that addresses the challenge of maintaining connectivity and policy context for virtual machines migrating between data centres.
