Im Juli dieses Jahres hat Dell mit Dell PowerEdge VRTX eine konvergente IT-Lösung vorgestellt, die besonders auf die Anforderungen von kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen zugeschnitten ist. Zu den Nutzern dieses "Rechenzentrums in der Box" zählen unter anderem das Caterham-Formel-1-Team oder der SAP-Spezialist Wallmedien. Auch T-Systems hat die innovative Lösung in sein Angebot aufgenommen.

Emulex Corporation is working with Brocade, (NASDAQ: BRCD), the leader in data centre fabric networking solutions, to improve the reliability, availability, and manageability of Gen 5 Fibre Channel (FC) based storage area networks (SANs) in the enterprise data centre and the cloud.
