Rackspace® and affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC (together with its consolidated subsidiaries, “Apollo”) have announced the successful completion of the previously announced transaction in which Rackspace was acquired by affiliates of funds managed by affiliates of Apollo for $32.00 per share in cash. In connection with the transaction, funds managed by Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. also made a strategic equity investment in the acquired company.
