NHS cyber-attack: how to respond when disaster strikes

On May 12th, the NHS was harmed by a national cyber-attack. Hackers targeted the backbone of the NHS, tapping into computers, telephone lines, MRI scanners, blood-storage refrigerators and theatre equipment.
