Veeam Availability Suite v9 available alongside EMC VNX Snapshot Integration

Veeam® Software says that the Veeam Availability Suite v9, to be released later this year, will integrate with EMC VNX®and VNXe hybrid storage arrays. Other new major features of the new Veeam Availability Suite v9 will be announced throughout the summer and autumn of 2015.

Tegile Systems has closed a $70 million funding round. The new funding brings the company’s total capital raised to $117.5 million to date, and will be used to finance its rapid global expansion and address the explosive opportunity within the enterprise flash storage market space.

Quorum has formed a partnership with GCH Test and Computer Services limited (GCH), an independent trusted consultancy that specialises in testing leading edge solutions. With a strong track record of offering unbiased ground breaking solutions for SMBs, GCH will be selling the full suite of Quorum solutions, including its hybrid-cloud Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS), the first of its kind in the UK market.

QLogic Corp. has announced an expanded distribution agreement with Arrow OEM Computing Solutions that provides integration, manufacturing, and supply chain management services to industrial OEMs and intellectual property-based companies. Under the terms of the agreement, Arrow will offer QLogic’s complete portfolio of 10Gb Ethernet (10GbE), Fibre Channel, and converged networking solutions throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
