In 2013 the Cloud Credential Council will release its Professional level Cloud Training and Certification Program enabling training partners and technology vendors in countries across Europe to 'Cloud-Ready' the European workforce to help fill the millions of unfilled cloud jobs. The CCC will scale up the number of training delivery partners to ensure delivery in every country in Europe, with a goal to achieve at least 100,000 CCC-certified, 'cloud-ready' European citizens within 5 years.

According to Marcel Heilijgers, Executive Director of the Cloud Credential Council: "This initiative will help to fill the millions of cloud jobs that are currently unfilled due to lack of skills, training and certification. As the individuals will be skilled up on cloud, Europe as a whole will become more 'cloud-ready', enabling a higher degree of European competitiveness in the global market forming a pathway towards revitalized economic growth."

The Cloud Credential Council has 50+ partners today in the form of technology vendors that contribute knowledge towards the development of courses and exams, course content providers and training partners that enable high-quality delivery. The CCC is looking to have input from more European technology vendors as members and add more training partners in the coming years with the goal of having training partners across Europe so that courses can be taken in every country.
