Logicalis appoints former Logica and BT executive as CEO

Logicalis Group has appointed Gary Bullard as Chief Executive of Logicalis Group, with effect from 1st March 2014. Gary will succeed Ian Cook who is retiring as CEO but will become non-executive Chairman of Logicalis Group.

Gary has substantial international experience in the IT and telecoms industry spanning over 25 years. In his most recent role he was UK CEO and President of Australia, Middle East and Asia for Logica plc, now part of CGI Inc, the Canadian based global IT services company. Prior to this, Gary was Managing Director of BT plc's corporate business unit and President, BT Global Services.


Gary has also over 20 years held senior executive positions in IBM including General Manager, IBM Global Services EMEA and General Manager, IBM Global Solutions, a $12bn unit based out of New York.

Gary who will join Logicalis in December 2013 as CEO designate, is also a non-executive director of Rotork Plc (LSE: ROR).
