Talking about the expansion, technical director Robert Williams explained that “as a team we work closely as a unit and constantly challenge each other to do things better. Our recruitment strategy is to find people who not only do what they do well, but have the drive and commitment to develop their skills further.”

The data centre industry requires individuals with an ability to manage a wide-range of data from monitored systems and interpret it correctly in order to ensure optimal data centre performance and 100% uptime. Custodian Data Centre is investing heavily into its infrastructure, utilising the latest building and technological advances in the development of its new data floors. With the current team ranging from specialists in the fields of networks, cooling, open source programme development and power to individuals whose cabling skills are a thing of beauty, the company is conducting a wide search to find the best NOC engineers in the industry to join their team.
Custodian is a fast growing company and the physical expansion of the site and team is only a small part of the exciting developments happening at the company.
