IT teams wage a battle behind the scenes every day to enable today’s connected digital businesses. Whether it is dealing with cyber threats, new technology or just the sheer volume of day-to-day work, the true front lines of IT have become increasingly complex. Given these challenges, Ipswitch set out to uncover the biggest issues facing IT departments as 2016 approaches. Today it released the findings of this survey in a report entitled “The 8 Issues Derailing IT Team Innovation” that highlights the eight most critical issues holding IT back from achieving its innovation and operational goals.
“Behind every business-critical application that serves as the lifeblood of modern commerce, companies rely on IT teams to keep them up and running 24/7,” said Jeff Loeb, CMO at Ipswitch. “This survey identifies the key challenges facing IT organisations heading into 2016, and highlights how IT teams are coping with increasing complexity and security threats.”
