Keysource helps with skills shortage

Keysource, the datacentre and critical environment specialist, has launched a new specialist service designed to help organisations that need are struggling to recruit candidates with the right experience. It has been designed to help address the current skills shortage across the datacentre, pharmaceutical and wider technology sectors, which is also making it challenging to retain people, often resulting in a lack of consistency and momentum for major transformation strategies, programmes and projects.

The Keysource Project Management service will address the strategic needs of an organisation, advising on the programme of projects, including interdependencies and budgets, and then supporting in its execution. It will cover a range of vital areas such as the management of full project lifecycle from inception to BAU, establishing processes and governance, risk management and systems integration within a live environment. It will be underpinned by Keysource’ proven systems of work, ISO accreditations, Information Management Systems, experienced personnel, and with access to Keysource’s wider technical and commercial teams.

 

The development of the overarching strategy, budget and programmes will be executed by the Senior Management Team. Each project management service requirement will be matched with an experienced Project Manager that has technical experience, which can be for singular, or multiple projects, and either be full time or part time. Other benefits include access to wider business support such as cost management, budgeting, preconstruction and the development of clear business cases.
