Aligned to Greene King’s transformation journey, Daisy will provide a brand new network to enhance operational performance and customer experience.

As an Expert Partner, Daisy was proud to partner with Fortinet to deliver this project. Fortinet played a key role in supporting Daisy to mitigate global supply chain issues, ensuring delivery kept pace with Greene King’s ambitious roll-out schedule. The SD-Branch, powered by Fortinet, helped Daisy to transform Greene King’s legacy network and telecoms equipment, along with a new cloud Unified Communications (UC) voice solution that will be available at all pubs, providing Greene King with smart call management capabilities.

Indhu Sathiaseelan, Head of Retail at Greene King, said: “We have already started to see tangible results from the new network with both guest WiFi download speeds increasing significantly and the number of marketing opt-ins rising. We have also seen operational improvements with the new telephony systems and received great feedback from customers and employees. This is an ambitious project and I’m pleased to have Daisy with us on this journey. The company’s expertise and support have been invaluable and, at this point, we consider them as an extension of our team.”

Chris London, Director of Business Development at Daisy Corporate Services said: “In only six months we achieved what some would have thought impossible and have successfully rolled out connectivity to nearly 700 Greene King pubs so far. If you’ve visited a Greene King pub recently you might even have used our network. It’s rewarding to already be able to see the difference both to customers and employees, as they are empowered to interact in a more streamlined, efficient and effective way. The real upshot is happy customers who want to keep coming back.”

Lizz Poltawski, Chief Commercial Officer at Daisy Corporate Services, said: “Digital transformation isn’t just about adopting new technologies, it’s also about empowering employees, enabling business agility and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Together, we’re helping Greene King unlock its full potential and we are excited to see the impact this project is having in changing the face of the hospitality sector.”
