The Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) Europe celebrates its 18th anniversary this year as the body dedicated to educational programmes designed to advance storage and information technology in the EMEA region. Since its founding, the organisation has helped end users understand the storage solutions available to them and empowered them to make the right investment decisions.

Dailymotion trusts Scality

Paris-based Dailymotion has expanded the Scality RING object storage back-end to its massive video repository across its global network of data centres. Scality now supplies more than 30 petabytes of useable capacity to the video sharing behemoth. Dailymotion’s move to Scality RING was impelled by its requirements for high performance, boundless scalability, assured uptime, and intuitive administration controls.
