Secure-24 is a SAP-certified Hosting and Cloud Provider with a broad SAP Basis Competency Center. Secure-24 is also an Oracle Gold Partner for hosting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, such as Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, and Hyperion. Using Opengear, Secure-24 manages world-class data centers in Michigan and Arizona.

“Opengear has provided us with a reliable and secure method to manage all of our datacenter critical infrastructure from a central location,” said Jason Baker, network engineer at Secure-24. “With our dedicated Opengear out-of-band network, we can confidently make critical network updates and resolve network issues that might otherwise have required being physically at the device, reducing downtime and saving our customers money. We do not make any critical network change without the use of our out-of-band network.”

Opengear provides Secure-24 a direct serial management connection to all of its geographically distributed data center servers and equipment. Opengear provides “remote hands,” enabling visibility and control using cost-effective out-of-band access.

“Secure-24 is uniquely successful because it offers industry-leading security services plus the high performance, cost savings, and flexibility of an enterprise cloud,” said Todd Rychecky, vice president of sales, Opengear. “By deploying our remote management products, Secure-24 increases security, reduces downtime and saves its customers money.”
