Corero appoints worldwide sales leader

Corero Network Security is pleased to announce the appointment of David Ahee as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales. This appointment follows other recent additions to the leadership team, including that of IT industry executive and Internet technology entrepreneur Ashley Stephenson earlier this year to the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Ahee brings more than 20 years of experience in global and regional sales management to Corero, having established enterprise, service provider and channel sales strategies in the US, Europe and Asia. Most recently Ahee was Senior Vice President of Sales at Procera Networks, a manufacturer of traffic management platforms for service providers and enterprises. Prior to Procera, he held senior roles at Aylus Networks, ThinkEngine Networks, Ascend Communications and Newbridge Networks.

In his role, Ahee will be responsible for driving Corero’s First Line of Defense offering to the global market.
