With more than 20 years in business, Softcat has built its reputation as a truly independent organisation with a high calibre of vendor relationships. The company prides itself on delivering unbiased and honest guidance for all of its customers' IT requirements, providing them with the best technology to solve their challenges. Huddle's next generation content collaboration solves five fundamental issues experienced in organisations worldwide:
· Security being compromised through the use of consumer tools
· Workers suffering from content overload
· Legacy technology failing users
· It is still too difficult to work with people
· Failed implementations must stop

Next generation content collaboration overcomes these issues to give both workers and IT what they want: tools to collaborate securely on content, in the cloud, on any device, inside and outside of the firewall.

Sam Routledge, Softcat solutions director, commented: "We are excited to partner with Huddle and to present their dynamic and radical take on collaboration to or customers."

"Huddle's vision is to transform the way teams work and our strategic partnership with Softcat will enable us to extend our services into many more enterprise and public sector organisations nationwide," said Alastair Mitchell, CEO, Huddle. "Legacy systems are failing today's workforce -- they've been deployed by IT departments and are at best simply tolerated by the people that have to use them. What's now required in the workplace is intuitive technology that people want to use because it enables them to get their jobs done from anywhere, at any time and on any device, securely."
