Barracuda Networks, Inc. says that SignNow, a leading mobile signing application, has become the first mobile signing and document storage platform to join the MobileIron AppConnect ecosystem. This integration enables employees to manage document workflows efficiently, while providing IT with policy controls to help secure and manage corporate data effectively.

MobileIron, the leader in security and management for mobile apps, documents, and devices, provides its AppConnect technology to third-party mobile app developers. With MobileIron AppConnect apps, companies can give their employees the best third-party application experiences with apps that have been enabled with auto-configuration, data containerisation and secure tunneling to protect corporate data.

A growing number of businesses use SignNow to sign documents, collect signatures and automate business workflows. SignNow helps reduce process inefficiency and operating costs by replacing manual workflows with streamlined mobile methodologies, allowing users to:
· Collect in-person signatures securely. SignNow enables signature collection on a phone or tablet. Users can authenticate signers simply by snapping a photo or saving an image of their ID.
· Collect remote signatures securely. SignNow simplifies signature collection by creating and sharing a signing link via email or online.
· Manage signatures via mobile device. SignNow users can track signing activity, including history and status, securely from any mobile device.
· Monitor, control and audit team activity. SignNow provides a complete audit trail of signed documents to help control corporate data.

“Organisations often find themselves tied to antiquated processes for managing document workflows,” said Chris Hawkins, GM eSignature, Barracuda. “SignNow plus MobileIron seamlessly replaces those inefficient processes, providing the security and policy management required by today’s enterprises along with a great user experience for employees.”

“We are pleased to work with Barracuda to bring the first mobile signing application into the AppConnect ecosystem,” said Ojas Rege, VP strategy, MobileIron. “As mobile becomes the primary computing platform for the enterprise, tools like SignNow are essential for employees to be able to complete transactions on a mobile device.”
