Pantar Amsterdam, a specialist in taking over organizational processes with repetitive tasks, has opted for a data management environment completely facilitated by Proact. The solution consists of Storage as a Service on the basis of data replications to an external secondary data centre.
Quote from Pantar Amsterdam: Martijn Boontje “The solution we opted for from Proact fits together seamlessly with our vision to grow towards a completely ICT-managed organisation.”

Within this completely managed and monitored service, Proact takes responsibility for ensuring an optimal service level of the IT infrastructure in terms of availability and performance. Day-to-day management tasks are taken out of the hands of the IT department of Pantar Amsterdam, enabling the company to focus on innovation and projects that will guarantee added value for the company management. In addition, the solution is flexible enough to respond to internal and external changes, in both a technical and an innovative context. This also enables Pantar to migrate from a more or less unpredictable (CAPEX) based investment strategy to a transparent and more predictable (OPEX) exploitation strategy.

Lucas den Os, Managing Director of Proact Netherlands: “We are pleased that, together with Pantar Amsterdam, we have the opportunity to take the next step towards achieving an ICT-managed organisation, a hybrid approach with which we at Proact have already earned our reputation over many years”.
