iStorage, a leading specialist in portable data storage and digital encryption, has announced that the range of award winning products will be available in Japan for the first time via NewGen Technology, inc. The specialist IT consulting company, that will represent iStorage in the Japanese and Asia/Pacific markets, is headed by NewGen’s President and CEO, Hidechika Kawai, as an iStorage Japan Country Director.

This includes military grade hardware encryption and an alphanumeric keypad for PIN code access providing a robust and compact solution to data security.

Award winning data protection
iStorage products are the world’s most secure and robust encrypted portable data devices and have received numerous accolades and recognition. The datAshur USB flash drive recently received Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 140-2 Level 3 validation as a measure of its excellent security. The validation examined 11 areas of a cryptographic module used by the device’s security system, including physical security, cryptographic key management and design assurance. It is also in the process of receiving accreditation from CESG and Common Criteria, making it the world’s only flash drive to have three accreditations.

There is no doubt that iStorage products would be a product of choice for data protection due to its simplicity, and easy to use as well as providing very high level security feature.
