The alliance brings together Informed Solutions’ proven methodologies and outstanding track record in shaping innovative cloud strategies and solutions with Skyscape’s IL3 assured, responsive, ‘pay as you use’ cloud hosting services. Working in partnership, the two organisations offer complete, ‘end-to-end’ cloud-based solutions; from cloud suitability assessments, service redesign and migration through to infrastructure and platform services, ongoing support, and service management.

Phil Dawson, CEO of Skyscape Cloud Services Ltd, said: “Skyscape has established a market-leading service that enables public sector bodies to achieve significant cost savings, efficiencies and flexibility by using the cloud. Some government bodies have complex or very specific requirements and can be unsure about whether or how to migrate their services onto the cloud. Our partnership with Informed Solutions means these customers can work with a highly-respected consulting firm that are experts in developing cloud-based service strategies, but also have the technical capability to deliver the service migration and ongoing support”.

Dr John Alderson, Chairman of Informed Solutions, added: “The Informed and Skyscape Cloud Services partnership means that government can benefit from a complete service where appropriate ICT estate is thoughtfully and efficiently migrated onto the cloud. The service is delivered seamlessly by two market-leading suppliers with expert capability and a proven track record of consistently achieving very high levels of client satisfaction. By allying with Skyscape, we aim to better serve government clients that are working towards realising the aims of the UK’s ICT strategy – namely delivering improved operational efficiency while reducing costs through the intelligent use of cloud computing”.
