The Loop deploys strategic point of presence in Manchester’s LDeX2

Manchester’s metropolitan fibre network, The Loop, has deployed a strategic point of presence in the city’s newest datacentre facility, LDeX2. This partnership will look to enhance connectivity to online businesses in the local region.

Part of Gamma Communications PLC, one of the UK’s largest fixed-line voice carriers, The Loop provides dedicated fibre networks, point to point private networks, flexible high-capacity internet access and business grade IP Telephony The Loop will complement the vast array of connectivity providers which have already lined up to provide ultra-fast low latency connectivity over diverse dark fibre to LDeX customers in the Manchester area and further afield.

Commenting on the news, LDeX Group CEO Rob Garbutt said: “We are delighted that The Loop has decided to launch a strategic point of presence at our newest datacentre facility, LDeX2.
