The cyber security threat landscape has been reshaped by a dangerous strain of attacks that harm companies by stealing, encrypting or erasing massive amounts of their data. Malware and ransomware are often injected through the Web sites, documents and email that workers rely on for productivity.

Fujitsu is combining Menlo Security's technology with the FUJITSU Digital Business Platform MetaArc, offering gateway-type solutions that can automatically eliminate the risk of malware infection.

“We are thrilled to be collaborating with Fujitsu on their Global Managed Security Service. Together we will address the most pressing security concerns of enterprises: eliminating malware and reducing security alerts” said Amir Ben-Efraim, CEO for Menlo Security. “This partnership allows us to help protect the enterprise from costly cyber attacks with an easily deployable solution via Fujitsu’s global managed cloud services.”

The Menlo Security isolation solution component will be offered to Fujitsu customers as a cloud software service. Fujitsu anticipates service availability to begin in June 2016.

“After evaluating several options, we selected Menlo Security because we believe their cutting-edge Isolation technology provides a unique architectural approach to eliminating malware from Web and email.” said Akihiro Okada, Corporate Executive Officer, Head of Security Management Service Business Unit, Fujitsu Limited. “We were looking for a solution that does not require the deployment or maintenance of end point software. Only Menlo Security was able to deliver these capabilities while maintaining a seamless end user experience through their patented Adaptive Clientless Rendering technology.”
