Lyden brings over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, 18 of which were spent working in and with the channel. Most recently, Lyden held the role of European Channel Sales Leader for IBM’s storage solutions business, but his track record spans UK-based start-ups to global corporates, including Symantec.

“We are very pleased to have Paul on board to help drive our sales program across Northern Europe,” said Chris Ross, Senior Vice President International Sales, Barracuda. “Paul brings with him a strong background and track record of developing sales channels, driving organisational change and bringing new solutions to market. As a 100% channel-focused business, Paul’s wealth of channel experience makes him a valuable addition to the Barracuda team.”

“I am excited to join Barracuda at a time of significant opportunity in our key markets. We continue to see strong growth in our core business, and with the momentum in our public cloud and managed services offerings, the opportunity for Barracuda channel partners is exceptional,” said Lyden. “My goal is to scale our operations and drive continued momentum by strengthening relationships with current partners and recruiting new ones. We are committed to this region, having recently doubled the size of our UK&I sales team and signed CMS as a new distributor, and will continue to bring innovative security and data protection solutions to market that are easy to use and affordable.”
