During the agreement period, Tieto will deliver solutions based on its standardised service platform. The deal is worth SEK 40 million. The three-year deal applies to the company's Air Filter division in Europe. The solution highlights how Titeto's cloud services can help global businesses expand their operations quickly and efficiently.
"We have used our knowledge of the manufacturing industry and customised service portfolio to seamlessly tailor our cloud solutions to Camfil's current needs. The cloud solutions can be scaled up or down and adjusted to the actual usage level. This makes it easy for Camfil to keep track of IT costs, while continuing to focus on core activities and overseas expansion," says Per H?kansson, Manufacturing Cluster Head for Tieto in Sweden.
By using Tieto, Camfil will have just one central supplier of IT infrastructure, capable of replacing its local IT solutions in a flexible way. The deal went into effect in September 2016, with the transition starting immediately.
