Zenium's flagship customer in Istanbul One, Ko?Sistem, has made an immediate commitment to double its current level of data center space to 1,000 sq m, enabling it to continue providing its customers with high level data management services from the leading-edge Zenium facility.
Despite recent challenges in the wider Turkish market, Ko?Sistem found it had utilised its first 500 sq m data center hall within 12 months and now, with demands for quality data center space ever increasing, it is timely to extend its agreement to take on a second hall.
“Ko?Sistem has 70 years of experience and has been instrumental in improving and transforming the market, becoming a leader of IT and managed services. Today, it aims to promote collaboration with business partners and enterprises alike in the Turkish ecosystem during their digital transformation journey. We expect our business partners to also provide exceptional service quality and meet the highest standards, which Zenium does,” said Can Bar?? ?ztok, Ko?Sistem Deputy General Manager.
Istanbul One is a $160 million USD purpose-built data center located in close proximity to the International Financial Center. It provides a capacity of 12,000 sq m of high specification technical space across three mission-critical buildings that were built with resilience in mind and were designed to meet the highest level of earthquake code, as well as incorporating an array of energy efficiencies.
“The best industry endorsement comes from the customers that choose to work with you,” added Franek Sodzawiczny, Founder and CEO at Zenium. “Those that then extend their space or time agreements are giving us the best recommendations possible.”
