Cohesity and TIM extend partnership

Cohesity has extended its existing partnership with TIM AG and signed the VAD as distributor for the entire DACH region. As a result of the success in Switzerland, where the two companies have been working together since Autumn 2017, the agreement has been expanded to include Germany and Austria.

TIM will sell Cohesity’s hyperconverged storage solutions to its network of resellers and system integrators in DACH. Cohesity consolidates secondary storage silos onto a hyperconverged, web-scale data platform that spans both private and public clouds.

TIM is a strong distribution partner that will open up new sales possibilities for us thanks to its network and expertise”, said Johannes Kunz, senior director channel sales EMEA at Cohesity. “We have already experienced initial success in Switzerland and are looking forward to being able to demonstrate the advantages of our hyperconverged data platform to even more resellers and customers in Central Europe.”
