Experts address current MSP issues at online Managed Services Live

Keynotes and discussion introducers have been announced for IT Europa and Angel Business Communications' online event – Managed Services Live – on 10 & 11th June 2020. A previous speaker at the Managed Services Summit and now an established author, Tiffani Bova, has agreed to present on the changed sales environment. She is a sales evangelist at Salesforce.com and an ex- VP and Distinguished Analyst at Gartner whose presentations have been particularly well received at previous events.

There are also have insights from the customer sector with Andrew Evers, Red Carnation Hotels Group IT Manager on how MSP customers are reacting to the crisis – Strategic implications from the hardest-hit sector; What it is like to run an MSP today – The pressures, changes needed and future planning will be presented by Jason Fry, Managing Director at PAV IT services

Research aspects on the customer segments and how they are reacting will come from Nick Mayes, Principal Analyst at PAC, a teknowlogy Group company. Another favourite with MSP Summit attendees is Jonathan Simnett, Director at tech M&A experts Hampleton Partners who will present on "Changes in business value and implications for anyone buying or selling in 2020."

The event will take the form of four two-hour interactive sessions over two days. Each session will focus on a key issue MSPs currently face and will be based around a keynote presentation from an independent authority along with further 10-minute interactive presentations and interviews with industry experts. They will also feature a moderated panel discussion responding to issues raised by the audience. Delegates will have the opportunity to ask questions and help frame discussions before, during and after the event and will also be provided with access to presentation content and supporting materials after it.
