In her current role, Natalya stands at the forefront of transformative initiatives in the IT, Software, and Energy Management sectors. Leading a dynamic team of approximately 700 professionals, she has played a pivotal role in guiding Schneider Electric's customers and partners through their digital transformation journeys. Her influence extends across diverse regions, including MEA, East Asia, Pacific, Japan, and South America, contributing significantly to the realisation of sustainability goals in an All-Electric World.

Natalya's tenure with Schneider Electric spans over eight years, during which she previously led the IT Businesses across the CIS Zone. Her strategic vision and implementation of an anti-crisis growth strategy, coupled with a corresponding organisational setup, have been instrumental in driving the company's success.
