Pluxee UK has announced a partnership with independent financial planners Attivo to introduce a financial wellbeing pathway. The initiative is intended to support employees at different stages of their careers, from hiring through to retirement.

In the current economic environment, financial pressures are affecting employees in the UK workforce. According to reported figures, 92% of employees have experienced financial stress, and 89% say it affects their performance at work. UK businesses are estimated to lose £10.3 billion annually due to absenteeism linked to financial stress.

To address these challenges, Pluxee and Attivo have introduced a Financial Wellbeing Hub. The platform is designed to support everyday financial management and longer-term financial planning. It provides employees with tools and resources intended to support financial decision-making over time.

The programme is structured around different stages of an employee’s financial life cycle. It is designed to reflect changing financial needs over time.

The programme includes access to:
  • Life-stage content hubs: guides, tips, and planning tools covering areas such as pensions and retirement planning
  • Interactive tools: including retirement and mortgage calculators
  • Webinars and events: hosted by financial professionals from Attivo
  • One-to-one consultations: access to regulated financial planners
The intention of this approach is to provide employees with information and tools relevant to different stages of financial planning.
Pluxee also offers additional employee benefits alongside the Financial Wellbeing Hub. These include the Pluxee Card, which provides cashback on selected purchases without a minimum spend requirement. Salary sacrifice schemes and marketplace discount programmes are also part of the wider benefits offering, aimed at supporting employee financial wellbeing.
