Montera Infrastructure, a digital infrastructure company, has appointed Ashley Codd (Michalovsky) as its new Chief Financial Officer. In her role, Codd will oversee the company’s financial strategy, including capital planning and risk management. She will also be responsible for supporting Montera’s financial position as it continues to develop and deliver hyperscale data centre solutions.

Ashley Codd joins Montera with nearly a decade of experience at Iron Mountain, where she worked within the finance team as operating CFO for some of its fastest-growing segments. Her work focused on Data Centres and Asset Lifecycle Management, contributing to progress towards $1 billion revenue targets in those areas. During her time there, she developed experience in the digital infrastructure sector.

She began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she managed large portfolios and supported the scaling of two brands to billion-dollar global operations. This background contributes to her experience in large-scale financial management and operational growth.

Montera is backed by Stonepeak, an alternative investment firm focused on infrastructure and real assets, which manages over $84 billion in assets. The company’s leadership team includes professionals with experience from organisations such as Google, Oracle, Equinix, and Yondr, and has collectively been involved in delivering over 8GW of data centre capacity to market.

With Stonepeak’s backing and an experienced leadership team, Codd will contribute to Montera’s financial and strategic objectives within the digital infrastructure sector.
