At the 2026 ONE Conference in Amsterdam, OutSystems presented updates to its product portfolio, partnerships, and customer use cases. The company introduced the Agentic Systems Platform, powered by the OutSystems Enterprise Context Graph, intended to support enterprises transitioning toward AI-native operating models while maintaining autonomy and control aligned with regulatory, operational, and financial requirements.

OutSystems also announced the OutSystems Agent Experience, a platform layer that provides a set of A2A and MCP tools. These are designed to enable enterprise developers to build, orchestrate, and manage agentic services. Initial capabilities include services for agentic coding, publishing, and platform extensibility. The company also noted an expansion of its collaboration with AWS, extending the capabilities of the Agentic Systems Platform. The platform’s distributed architecture is designed to allow organisations to configure AI workloads in support of digital sovereignty requirements.

During the conference, customers including the Netherlands Red Cross, Butler Plus, and AllianceCorp Manufacturing described their approaches to agentic operations and how orchestration of agent-based systems is being applied in their organisations, including areas such as operations and compliance.

OutSystems also introduced three main product areas:

  • Agentic Systems Engineering: This includes Agent Experience services and an integration with Kiro from AWS, supporting the management of agents and applications. It also includes Legacy Modernisation Services using AWS Transform to automate migration from legacy systems to newer agentic architectures.
  • Agentic Enterprise Orchestration: Built on the Enterprise Context Graph and Amazon Bedrock, this offering focuses on orchestration and governance of AI workflows. It provides evaluation tools and integrated capabilities aimed at supporting cost and performance management.
  • Agentic Industry Solutions: The first release in this category is an end-to-end Banking Solution for Loan Origination. It uses domain-specific models on Amazon Bedrock to reduce risks associated with AI adoption and accelerate implementation outcomes. The Banking and Financial Services Agent Kit is available for developers, with broader availability planned for Q3.
