With Dialogue Cloud Neo available through the Microsoft Marketplace, customers can align its usage with their existing Azure billing structures and integrate it with their current environments. Customers with MACC agreements can also apply their cloud commitments toward purchasing Dialogue Cloud Neo. This availability provides a centralised route for governance, deployment, and procurement.
Partners working with AnywhereNow can include Dialogue Cloud Neo in their offerings and use Microsoft commercial mechanisms such as Multi-Party Private Offers, the Cloud Partner Solution Program, and Resale-Enabled Offers to support distribution. The platform has received Microsoft Software Certification for Azure, indicating it meets Microsoft’s requirements for interoperability, security, and governance.
Dialogue Cloud Neo is built with a Microsoft-oriented design and integrates with Azure, Microsoft Teams, and Copilot Studio. It brings together voice, digital channels, and AI-based orchestration within a Microsoft environment.
